This position will be based in our Tulsa Oklahoma location and will be responsible for a variety of human resource functions, including all routine aspects related to employment and human resources administration for the Tulsa Plant. This position provides assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within the Tulsa Plant. Performs daily benefits administration tasks and assists employees with benefits and employment related matters. Participates in the benefit program development and administration. Ensures communication and compliance with Company policies and with governmental regulations related to human resources management. Acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to Muncie Power Products' leadership and facilitates Muncie Power Products' initiatives. Works with the Plant Manager and the Corporate Director of Human Resources to plan, develop, implement and administer HR programs for company employees. Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

As "Lean Enterprise" initiatives continue to advance within the organization this individual will play a key role in the implementation of Lean with Human Resources. The successful candidate needs to have a degree in Human Resources or related field, be self-motivated and flexible, have three to five years of related experience, the ability to communicate effectively and be able to adapt to a growing and changing job function and work environment.
