Bi-Lingual Customer Service Manager. In business since 1935, Muncie Power Products, Inc. is totally dedicated to the design, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of products

This position will be based in our Muncie, Indiana location and will be responsible for a variety of customer service functions ranging from taking customer sales orders over
the phone to resolving customer inquiries and complaints while providing efficient and courteous service. In addition the incumbent will provide basic troubleshooting assistance
to customers, and refer non-routine technical difficulties to the Product Managers for resolution.
Additional responsibilities include resolving customer requests for adjustment in orders following standard company procedures, providing leads to Zone Sales Managers and
maintaining close liaison with Zone Sales Managers. Preparing computer input information regarding newly acquired accounts and making computer file changes as needed.
The successful candidate must have the ability to speak and read Spanish fluently, in addition to a two year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Management,
or other related field of study. In addition, an above average mechanical aptitude and knowledge in the area of hydraulics is also required for this challenging position.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and planning and organizational skills are also required.
