Muncie Power Products, the industry leader in Power Take-Offs and mobile power components to the truck equipment industry has an immediate opening for a Marketing Assistant. In business since 1935, Muncie Power Products, Inc. is totally dedicated to the design, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of products that meet or exceed the industry's quality standards.

This position will be based in our Muncie, Indiana location and will be responsible for tracking magazine advertising schedules and inserts, developing news releases & coordinating distribution, working with Product Managers to develop brochures, and assisting in collecting market data & organizing.

In addition, this individual will obtain current images of vehicle applications and maintain a database of product images for use on the web or in printed materials, inventory trade show materials in warehouses, do customer research/follow up on company/product satisfaction, and obtain market data on industry statistics and organize that data into relevant reporting formats.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of college level marketing curriculum, the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others, both verbally and in writing, flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments, and maintain confidentiality.

Some travel is also required.
