Each participant is provided with application catalogs, service manuals, and other classroom materials designed not only to enhance the learning experience, but to also remain a useful, everyday reference. Small class size and a relaxed atmosphere generate discussion and encourage participation. All classes contain a generous mix of general industry knowledge, operating principles, and Muncie product-specific information.
