At Muncie, we are striving to improve our ability to meet your support expectations. When you call our Customer Service Department you'll always be greeted by one of our friendly operators, not the dreaded digital attendant.

We're able to field your calls from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Our call volume reaches its peak in the morning from 10:00 – 11:00 and again in the afternoon between 3:00 and 4:00. We should also note that during the period from 11:30 – 1:30 we have half of our Customer Service Managers at lunch at any given time resulting in high call volumes for those staffing our phones. Therefore, your most expedient service will be outside of these periods. Rest assured, we will always make every effort to provide timely answers no matter when you choose to call our offices.
