Muncie Power Releases New, Powerful, Medium-Duty PTO

Muncie Power Products, Inc. is excited to announce the release of its Titan® MC1 power take-off, featuring higher torque ratings, an easier installation, and longer life expectancy for medium-duty applications.

Titan MC1 is a 10-bolt mounting, clutch shift power take-off designed for Allison 3000/4000 transmissions. Key features like a rotatable solenoid and shift cover, increased clearance to the mounting bolts, and the ability to hand tighten the mounting bolds prior to torquing allow for an easier installation.

Additional product enhancements, such as improved tapered roller bearings, contribute to the new PTO’s durability to better withstand wear and tear for a longer life expectancy. The Titan MC1 has a maximum 415 lbs.ft. intermittent/continuous-duty rating (no derating required).  

Muncie Power’s Titan MC1 is applicable for a number of markets including dump, fire and rescue, refuse, utility, tow and recovery, snow and ice and bulk hauling, and is available with our new Muncie Start clutch engagement system.
