Upright Tanks
Muncie Power offers upright tanks in aluminum, steel, and polyethylene.
Aluminum tanks are ideal when weight, appearance, and performance matter most, while steel tanks are best when quality and dependability are required. Our premium-quality metal tanks are designed for demanding, continuous-duty applications that generate significant heat, as well as other applications where metal is preferred. Metal tanks are available in 35- to 100-gallon capacities.
Polyethylene tanks are designed for intermittent-duty applications where heat buildup isn't a concern. Molded from a single piece, these reservoirs resist leaks, stress cracks, and welding slag contamination. Polyethylene tanks come in 50- and 75-gallon capacities.

Muncie Power Products will implement a part number change for American Mobile Power standard hydraulic tanks. The company is moving to a consolidated, standardized part numbering system designed to make model code referencing and ordering more intuitive.
The part number change will be effective on July 1, 2026.

The Muncie Upright Tank is warranted for one year from the time it is first installed upon the equipment against any defect in material and workmanship that causes the reservoir to fail to hold oil which existed when sold by Muncie, according to the following provisions, subject to the requirements that the reservoir must be used only in accordance with catalog and package instructions. If the defective part is returned to Muncie with transportation prepaid, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, at Muncie’s election.
The above warranties shall terminate if any alterations or repairs are made to the product other than at a service center owned by Muncie, or if the product is used on any equipment other than the equipment upon which it is first installed.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND SUITABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND STATE MUNCIE’S ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY AND BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ABOVE GOODS, THEIR DESIGN, INSTALLATION OR OPERATION. MUNCIE WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND OUR LIABILITY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE GOODS FOR WHICH LIABILITY IS CLAIMED.
