Keep your body moving. At a time when our minds are constantly consumed in thought, concern, worry and fear, don’t forget physical movement can having a calming impact.

  • Avoid the desire to be stagnant: set daily reminders and or create a daily movement schedule
  • Walk: even if it is a simple stroll allow yourself the time to get out and enjoy fresh air
  • Use free online workouts and share with friends and family
  • Go back to the basics: plug in an old school video or DVD
  • Dust off your bike and enjoy a ride
  • Take time to stretch, do yoga, or practice meditation
  • Enjoy 15-30 minutes of simple at home body weight exercises
  • Ask others and share ideas
