As circumstances continue to evolve we remain committed to keeping you, our valued employees, up to date on our decisions and responses. We appreciate you and want you to know that we are here to support you.

As you know, the executive leadership team and newly formed sub-committees are meeting routinely. Doing so is vital for us to evaluate conditions so that we may remain vigilant and informed about this ever-changing landscape we find ourselves in today.

We understand we are all facing many uncertainties and challenges of a magnitude we have not before experienced. Added to that, we are being flooded with information from a variety of sources that may or may not be accurate. For this reason, with regard to operations at Muncie Power Products, we urge everyone to listen to official announcements from the executive leadership team and other members of leadership, including Human Resources. If you have concerns regarding information you have heard, please consult with a member of the leadership team.

No doubt, you’ve read prior communications (e-boards, e-mails, Structural messages) from us with frequently asked questions and answers and new information. While we are not trying to bombard you with information, we want to keep the door open for communication and remain dedicated to transparency. With that in mind, we will be continuing to send out updates, answers to FAQs, and any changing information that impacts our appreciated employees.

For the safety of all employees and their loved ones, please persist with following previously announced guidelines including for non-essential visitors and sanitizing work areas. For those employees who are working from home, please also remember to follow the published remote work ground rules.

We are all in this together and we will get through this! Let’s continue communicating with one another and be patient with our co-workers as we make our way through these challenging circumstances.
